At Refrigerant Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, we offer a 14-day refund policy under the following conditions:

Product Condition: All products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and with the factory seal still in place.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to each returned product.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
2. How to Return Products
By Mail
For mail returns, follow these steps:

Download/Print Return Form: Visit our website to download and print the return form.

Contact Us for RMA: Contact us at info@refrigerantinc.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Packaging: Pack the product securely, include the RMA form, and ship it to the address provided with the RMA.
3. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for each returned product.
4. Return Shipping

5. Product Condition Upon Receipt
Returned products must be in a full-fresh/new/non-damaged condition to be eligible for a refund.
